Those visits often give me insights that shape the way I manage each site.<br /><br /><strong>3. What do you enjoy most about the industry, &nbsp;and what frustrates you?</strong><br />I love how varied it is. No two buildings, clients, or days are the same. You&rsquo;re constantly learning, and the range of properties you come across, from the quirky to the cutting-edge, keeps things interesting.<br /><br />On top of that, I find property management to be a really resilient part of the sector. Unlike some areas that rise and fall with market cycles, commercial property management has a steadier demand.
