Anna Main
Managing Director 

​As the founder and Managing Director of Re:volve Real Estate, Anna brings over 20 years of proven leadership and hands-on expertise in the commercial property sector. Prior to launching Re:volve, Anna served as the Head of the Commercial Asset Department at Landwood Group, as well as holding senior positions at WHR Property Consultants.

Throughout her career, Anna has cultivated long-standing relationships with a diverse client base, and has worked for the majority of her clients for over 10 years. Drawing on her extensive background in asset management for overseas investors, Anna has developed a keen understanding of the unique priorities and requirements of property owners seeking to maximise the performance and value of their commercial assets.

Recognising the shortcomings of service levels and responsiveness at larger real estate firms, Anna founded Re:volve with a mission to deliver a more personalised, detail-oriented service. By assembling a hands-on, seasoned team, Anna provides bespoke solutions tailored to each client's individual needs, ensuring optimal tenant attraction, retention, and sustained asset appreciation.

ceryn coughlin
finance director

As the Finance Director at Re:volve Real Estate, Ceryn brings over 12 years of specialised experience in accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, rent billing and collection, arrears management, and purchase ledger operations.

Prior to joining Re:volve, Ceryn held finance roles at respected industry firms including Landwood Group, Savills, and Avison Young. This breadth of experience has equipped Ceryn with deep knowledge across all key finance disciplines, allowing him to ensure the smooth, accurate running of Re:volve's accounts team and the delivery of reliable financial reporting to clients.

Ceryn's expertise, coupled with his strong leadership skills, make him an invaluable asset in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of Re:volve's growing portfolio of commercial property assets.

Jordan Musker
Senior Asset and property manager

With over 13 years of experience in the UK commercial real estate sector, Jordan specialises in the strategic management of commercial property portfolios. Having previously worked both as a consultant for Arcadis, and latterly client-side for THG and Bruntwood, his expertise lies in bridging the gap between high-level investment goals and day-to-day operational performance.
 
Throughout his career, Jordan has successfully overseen and managed multi-million-pound portfolios, navigating complex lease negotiations, rent reviews and comprehensive refurbishment projects, all whilst fostering strong tenant relationships and streamlining property operations. Known for a data-driven approach to asset positioning, Jordan has a proven track record of reducing operational costs, while maintaining high occupancy rates. He also has a reputation for ensuring that portfolios are managed with transparency and integrity. His proactive approach to maintenance and service charge strategy usually results in high levels of tenant retention and significant improvements in service delivery efficiency.

barry cargill 
Senior facilities manager

As the Senior Facilities Manager, Barry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure all sites operate at the highest standards and remain fully compliant with regulations.

Having played an integral part of the team for over 10 years, Barry oversees the provision of on-site services across Re:volve's portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties. Through regular inspections and meticulous attention to detail, Barry maintains exceptional occupier satisfaction - a key driver in retaining tenants and maximising asset value.

Barry's extensive facilities management expertise, combined with his excellent communication skills, enable him to liaise effectively with both occupiers and landlords. This facilitates the smooth, efficient running of operations on-site, allowing Re:volve's clients to have full confidence in the management of their valuable commercial assets.

Lindsay Jones
Executive assistant and business operations manager

As Business Operations Manager and Executive Assistant, Lindsay brings more than 10 years’ experience working in senior roles across PR and marketing agencies, where operational management, organisation and stakeholder coordination were at the heart of her work. Having built a career in fast-paced, client-facing environments, Lindsay has developed a strong reputation for keeping complex operations running smoothly while supporting senior leadership teams with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

​At Re:volve, Lindsay provides high-level support across the business, working closely with the leadership team to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate key business activity and ensure the smooth running of the company’s headquarters and administrative functions. Her role spans executive support, operational coordination, HR administration, event management and internal communications, helping to keep teams aligned and business priorities on track.
