Anna Main
Managing Director 

​As the founder and Managing Director of Re:volve Real Estate, Anna brings over 20 years of proven leadership and hands-on expertise in the commercial property sector. Prior to launching Re:volve, Anna served as the Head of the Commercial Asset Department at Landwood Group, as well as holding senior positions at WHR Property Consultants.

Throughout her career, Anna has cultivated long-standing relationships with a diverse client base, and has worked for the majority of her clients for over 10 years. Drawing on her extensive background in asset management for overseas investors, Anna has developed a keen understanding of the unique priorities and requirements of property owners seeking to maximise the performance and value of their commercial assets.

Recognising the shortcomings of service levels and responsiveness at larger real estate firms, Anna founded Re:volve with a mission to deliver a more personalised, detail-oriented service. By assembling a hands-on, seasoned team, Anna provides bespoke solutions tailored to each client's individual needs, ensuring optimal tenant attraction, retention, and sustained asset appreciation.

As the Finance Director at Re:volve Real Estate, Ceryn brings over 12 years of specialised experience in accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, rent billing and collection, arrears management, and purchase ledger operations.

Prior to joining Re:volve, Ceryn held finance roles at respected industry firms including Landwood Group, Savills, and Avison Young. This breadth of experience has equipped Ceryn with deep knowledge across all key finance disciplines, allowing him to ensure the smooth, accurate running of Re:volve's accounts team and the delivery of reliable financial reporting to clients.

Ceryn's expertise, coupled with his strong leadership skills, make him an invaluable asset in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of Re:volve's growing portfolio of commercial property assets.

Simon Davies
Director - Building & Project Consultancy

Simon joined Re:volve to help develop and grow the Building & Project Consultancy services area of the business. In this role, he focuses on delivering professional building surveying and project management support for Re:volve's existing loyal client base, as well as helping to attract new business.

​A graduate of Liverpool John Moores University, Simon is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Over his 25-year career, he has accumulated extensive surveying expertise, including roles at an international loss adjustor and a large Liverpool housing association.

Prior to joining Re:volve, Simon spent 12 years heading up the building surveying team at a successful Liverpool structural engineering consultancy firm. In this capacity, he provided a wide range of services - from building defects diagnostics and neighbourly matters advice, to project management, CDM/health & safety support, and expert witness work on major building projects.

Simon's diverse surveying experience and specialist qualifications, including his associate membership of the Association of Project Safety, make him a valuable asset to the Re:volve team as it continues to expand its capabilities in the building and project consultancy space.

Andy Heath
Senior building surveyor

Andy Health, a distinguished Chartered Surveyor, brings a wealth of experience to both large-scale national portfolio instructions and individual asset instructions.

His expertise spans a comprehensive range of services, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition (SOC), Licenses to Alter (LTA), and Technical Due Diligence (TDD).

With a proven track record as a Contract Administrator and Principal Designer, Andy has successfully overseen a range of projects, from intricate office and industrial fit-outs to meticulous snagging remedial works on residential estates. His ability to seamlessly translate client briefs into actionable strategies sets him apart in the industry.

Andy's approach is both analytical and client-focused. He excels at establishing current budgets, defining realistic timeframes, and pinpointing end objectives to deliver tailored advice. This enables clients to make well-informed decisions that not only maintain but significantly enhance their assets.

Barry Cargill

​As the Senior Facilities Manager, Barry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure all sites operate at the highest standards and remain fully compliant with regulations.

Having played an integral part of the team for over 10 years, Barry oversees the provision of on-site services across Re:volve's portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties. Through regular inspections and meticulous attention to detail, Barry maintains exceptional occupier satisfaction - a key driver in retaining tenants and maximising asset value.

Barry's extensive facilities management expertise, combined with his excellent communication skills, enable him to liaise effectively with both occupiers and landlords. This facilitates the smooth, efficient running of operations on-site, allowing Re:volve's clients to have full confidence in the management of their valuable commercial assets.
Melanie is an accomplished property and asset management professional with an exceptional record of developing and scaling client-focused operating platforms across a diverse range of industries. Her experience spans both the public and private sectors in the UK.

With a strong understanding of organisational challenges and risks, Melanie excels at translating strategic priorities into effective operational plans for property assets. Over the course of her career, she has expertly managed complex, high-value portfolios and projects - from regional management for Barclays Capital overseeing high commercial value locations across the UK and EMEA, to directing facilities and operations for several major business parks, with teams of over 100 staff in northern England and Scotland while at CBRE.

Prior to joining the team at Re:volve, Melanie’s latest roles over the last ten years were working in-house for developers Allied London and Nikal, delivering meanwhile uses and operations input to a variety of developments during the design and mobilisation stages, as well as managing business-as-usual activity in established assets.

Melanie brings a unique combination of creativity, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to her role, drawing from her diverse background in property and asset management across multiple industries.
