Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments Insurance building reinstatement cost assessments (RCA) are required to establish the cost of rebuilding a property in the event of a total loss, this is usually a requirement of your buildings insurance. |
We have worked with Simon and the team for a number of years and we have always found them to be professional, proactive and a pleasure to deal with.
Recently they assisted on a historic city centre building with a terminal schedule of dilapidations, with the final outcome being an equitable solution for us as landlords.
This led to a full condition survey of the building where they designed and project managed a strip out / shell works project in conjunction with an new incoming tenants design team. This included full tenders, project management , principal design ( CDM) and contract administration. The scheme completed in good time and on budget, ready for the fit out opening of the new dining venue experience.
Once appointed, Simon and the team worked tirelessly to deliver outputs, to meet clients requirements on time and on budget, all done with a smile !!
