We’re proud to announce that Anna Main, founder and managing director of Re:volve Real Estate, has been shortlisted in two categories at this year’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards:

• Leader of the Year – Commercial
• Team Leader of the Year – Commercial

These prestigious awards celebrate the women who are redefining what leadership looks like in the UK property sector,  raising standards, breaking down barriers, and inspiring the next generation. Anna has done all of this and more, both as a visionary founder and as an empowering team leader.

A leader with purpose and impact
Anna founded Re:volve in 2023 with a clear mission: to raise standards in commercial real estate, prove that agile, director-led firms can outperform larger players, and create an inclusive, empowering workplace where everyone can thrive.
In just 2 years, Re:volve has exceeded all expectations - managing a growing portfolio of over £450m, achieving 118% of year one targets, and continuing to expand its national footprint with landmark instructions across the North, Manchester city centre, and the South East.
Her leadership style,  authentic, client-focused, and values-driven, has not only delivered commercial success but inspired others by showing that integrity and innovation can, and should, coexist. Anna also advocates for greater gender equity in the sector and mentors emerging talent, actively helping create pathways for underrepresented voices in an industry still dominated by men at senior levels.

A team leader building belief
What truly sets Anna apart is her ability to inspire and deliver through others. At Re:volve, she has built a high-performing team culture grounded in clarity, support, and ambition.
In the past year, she has grown the team strategically, hiring at all levels,  from senior directors to apprentices,  and fostering an environment where continuous learning and development are not just supported, but expected.
Anna’s mentorship of the company’s apprentice, her personal investment in everyone’s growth, and her inclusive approach,  with half of Re:volve’s senior team now women, all reflect her commitment to building a team that delivers for clients and supports each other.
Flexibility and trust underpin her leadership: she ensures that team members navigating parental leave or personal challenges are accommodated without compromising on opportunity or ambition. And her ability to guide the team through high-stakes projects, from large-scale audits to national asset management, has demonstrated her exceptional ability to motivate and empower others.

Anna’s vision is to scale Re:volve while staying true to its director-led ethos, and to keep nurturing the next generation of leaders from within. Through her inclusive, strategic leadership, she is showing what’s possible,  and inspiring others to believe they can achieve it too.
