We're thrilled to announce that Re:volve Real Estate has wrapped up our first year in business with an impressive £1.4m turnover, surpassing our initial year-end target of £550,000 by an astounding 155%. This achievement marks a significant milestone for the business and we couldn't be more proud of our team's hard work and dedication.

Over the past year, we've built an extensive portfolio of more than 35 clients, managing assets worth over £450m. Our growth hasn't just been in numbers – we've also expanded geographically, opening new offices in Liverpool and London to better serve our clients across the UK.

We are delighted to welcome Melanie Jones to the team as Senior Operations Director. With over 15 years of experience in facilities, asset management and operations, Melanie joins the team from Nikal Group, where she served as operations director. At Nikal she worked closely with Re:volve Real Estate delivering the retail and public realm space at Birmingham’s £350m Exchange Square development.

Melanie brings her extensive experience in onboarding, business development and mobilisation to streamline processes, optimise resource management and support client asset management.

Re:volve Real Estate has been appointed by the Gordon House (Guernsey) Trustees to manage the lease on a substantial 30,000 square foot office space in Bamber Bridge, near Preston. This comes after the previous tenant, who had leased the property for eight years, entered administration.

Our team at Re:volve Real Estate is excited to breathe new life into this impressive office space, located in the Sceptre Way Business Park. With plans to enhance the air conditioning and overall office environment, we are committed to ensuring that this property meets the highest standards for its new occupants. We’ve negotiated ten-year terms with the landlord, and we're pleased to say there will be no void period, ensuring continuous occupancy and rental income.

We’re pleased to announce that Re:volve Real Estate has secured a 3-year contract to manage the retail and public space at Birmingham’s prestigious Exchange Square. This significant opportunity is a key part of Nikal’s £350 million Masshouse project, which includes a hotel, PRS (private rented sector) apartments, and 30,000 square feet of retail and leisure space.

Re:volve Real Estate has taken a significant step forward in its growth journey by opening a new office in the heart of Liverpool. This expansion comes at a pivotal time, as the company continues to build on the success of its initial launch, which has seen impressive achievements in a relatively short period.

The new Liverpool office, strategically located at Dale House on Dale Street, is set to become a key hub for Re:volve’s operations in the city. 

Newly-formed Re:Volve Real Estate has appointed a new Chartered Building Surveyor to its team.

Andy Heath  has joined the 13-strong property and asset management business based in Wilmslow, as a senior surveyor, following a stint at CBRE.

Andy, who lives in Neston, Cheshire, will be responsible for the delivery of all building surveying duties for Re:Volve’s growing client base of 20+ clients.
