From our strategic locations in Wilmslow, Liverpool, and London, our expanding team has successfully delivered 264 projects in the past year alone. We're now proud to manage assets valued at over £400 million for more than 35 clients nationwide, reflecting the scalability and effectiveness of our director-led service model.

Investment in people and expertise
At the heart of our success is our growing team of over 20 professionals. We've strategically expanded our expertise with key appointments throughout the year. Melanie Jones has joined as Senior Operations Director, bringing valuable experience from Nikal Group to strengthen our senior leadership team. We've also welcomed Harry Hehir as Apprentice Property Management Surveyor and George Campbell as Graduate Building Surveyor. These appointments reflect our commitment to fostering both experienced leadership and emerging talent, ensuring we continue to drive innovation in property services.
