Anna Main, Simon Davies, Harry Hehir, and Sarah Hynes headed out to represent Re:volve for what turned out to be an amazing week in the Alps. Between carving up the slopes and meeting fellow property professionals over après-ski, the event struck that perfect sweet spot, where great business connections just seem to happen naturally while everyone's having fun. Highlights from the slopes What a week it turned out to be! Silver Medalists! One of our biggest highlights was snagging silver in the team relay - Anna Main and Harry Hehir teamed up with Chris Blamey, from RGP, and Lukasz Gruszczynski, from MDLR Architects, to bring home the medal. We've already got our sights set on gold for next year! Taking on France's Longest Toboggan Run The absolute highlight of the week had to be the tobogganing event hosted by Adventure in Architecture. Picture this: starting at a breathtaking 3,000m elevation, we faced France's longest toboggan run - a 6km track winding all the way down to Val Thorens. We quickly discovered that managing those hairpin turns on a small sledge was definitely not easy! There were more wipeouts than we can count, and the slopes echoed with laughter as we all pinballed our way around the corners. Skiing with the Industry's Finest Hitting the slopes with Daniel Collins and Clive Polkey from Polkey Collins Associates was a highlight - they hosted amazing ski days where we got to ride and chat with some of the industry's best. Sharing chairlift conversations and powder runs with other industry professionals made for networking that felt nothing like networking. Business Impact and Future Opportunities
PropSki isn’t just about carving up the slopes, it’s about building real connections. There’s something about sharing a chairlift or catching up over après-ski that makes conversations flow more naturally. This event isn’t about formal meetings; it’s about getting to know people in a setting where relationships develop naturally. We returned with fresh insights, new opportunities, and plenty of conversations to continue back in the UK. Whether it was reconnecting with familiar faces or meeting future collaborators, the week reinforced just how valuable this kind of networking can be. If you want to chat about anything property-related, please reach out, we’re just a phone call away.
