Re:volve Real Estate has taken a significant step forward in its growth journey by opening a new office in the heart of Liverpool. The new Liverpool office, strategically located at Dale House on Dale Street, is set to become a key hub for Re:volve’s operations in the city. 

The 6,000 sq ft building, part of a larger £30 million office portfolio under the management of fit-out contractor Braithwaite Group, provides a prime location for the company's further growth. Within this space, Re:volve has secured a 1,500 sq ft office area, which will accommodate five of its directors. These directors bring a wealth of experience across various domains, including asset management, building and project consultancy, and building surveying.

This move is more than just a geographical expansion; it represents our commitment to enhancing our service offerings and increasing our footprint across the North West. With our headquarters in Wilmslow, Cheshire, the addition of the Liverpool office marks a deliberate effort to tap into the city’s vibrant real estate market and foster stronger client relationships in the region.

Re:volve Real Estate’s growth story is already impressive, already achieving a turnover of £1.2 million within just six months of its launch. Its portfolio currently includes 30 clients and a rent roll of £10.5 million per annum, demonstrating a strong and stable foundation for future success.
