Re:volve Real Estate Celebrates Second Anniversary with Milestone Wins

This month marks a very special milestone for Re:volve Real Estate - our second anniversary! Since launching in July 2023, we’ve experienced an incredible journey of growth, challenges, and achievement, and we want to take a moment to reflect on what these two years have meant for us.

To celebrate turning 2, the team embarked on a memorable South Manchester Ale Trail, visiting a string of charming towns and villages along the Manchester to Chester line -  including Plumley, Knutsford, Ashley, Hale, and Altrincham.
We stopped at welcoming pubs in each location to enjoy drinks in the sunshine, with a few surprises along the way that kept everyone laughing and entertained. Throughout the day, teams competed in a light-hearted pursuit, with Harry Hehir, Simon Davies, and Paresha Patel eventually crowned winners upon reaching our final destination in Altrincham.
It was a fantastic day to catch up, celebrate our achievements, and enjoy some well-earned fun together as a team.

But beyond the celebrations, this anniversary also marks an exceptional year of business growth for Re:volve. Over the past 24 months, we have expanded our talented team, secured a string of significant new contracts, and cemented our reputation for delivering transparent, director-led property and asset management services focused on enhancing asset value and tenant experience.

Key highlights include:

• Being appointed to deliver facilities and asset management for 53 King Street, a prominent Grade II listed building in Manchester’s exclusive banking district.
• Managing a three-site industrial portfolio across the North West for Chisholm & Company Holdings, focusing on strategic asset optimisation.
• Leading a major national audit project for Potter Space, owners of five logistics and industrial parks across the UK, aimed at improving operational efficiency and value.
• Taking on the management of Network House, a key office building within the Basing View regeneration zone in Basingstoke.

Since our inception, Re:volve has grown to manage assets valued at over £450 million across more than 38 clients nationwide, with offices in Wilmslow, Liverpool, and London.
