We're Expanding: Major Northern Retail Park Portfolio Win

​We're delighted to announce that our team at Re:volve Real Estate has secured a significant portfolio management contract with Manchester's Consolidated Property Group (CPG). This exciting new partnership expands our retail property management operations across Northern England, adding 252,000 sq ft of prime retail space to our portfolio across three strategic locations in Chester, Macclesfield, and Sheffield.

Our New Portfolio
Chester Retail Park
We're proud to take on the management of this prominent 152,000 sq ft site, spread across 14 acres of freehold land on Old Seals Way. The retail park features an impressive lineup of tenants including B&M, Tenpin, The Range, McDonald's, Burger King and TK Maxx.
We're particularly pleased to welcome our newest tenants, Jolleys and Age UK, to the site.

Silkworks, Macclesfield
Our team will be overseeing this 60,000 sq ft retail development on Pickford Street. We're working with several major brands including: DW Sports, Sports Direct, and Fever Bar Group.

Crystal Peak, Sheffield
The third addition to our portfolio is this dynamic 40,000 sq ft retail hub on Peaks Mount. We're managing an excellent mix of tenants including Argos, B&M, Boots, EE, McDonald's
and Pure Gym.
