Re:volve Real Estate have an experienced commercial service charge consultancy team who act for a number of landlords and occupiers. With the introduction of the RICS Service Charges in Commercial Property Professional Standard (2nd Edition, June 2025), effective from 31 December 2025, alongside the previous 1st Edition (2018/2019), there are mandatory obligations for landlords that must be adhered to.

Our team undertake detailed, forensic reviews of service charge budgets, apportionments and expenditure schedules to identify efficiency savings for occupiers and to ensure full compliance by landlords with their obligations under the latest RICS standards.
