- Activation of a designated mobilisation team.
- Providing an agreed activity based schedule with which to manage the mobilisation.
- Providing an exception report outlining any issues that are of concern and the actions to address these concerns.
- Confirming subcontractor offers and prices, and preparing subcontract agreements.

- Review installation and operational strategies to ensure FM operational requirements are incorporated.
- Setup of operational handover process.
- Review O&M manuals if available.
- Provision of operational business systems – Helpdesk, CAFM system.
- Provision of risk management systems (Health & Safety / Environmental etc.).
- Project management - full ownership and co-ordination of any existing transferred works projects outstanding. Project fees subject to usual approvals.
- Provide total facilities management services to base building (non tenant areas) including the management of subcontractors.
- Continuously improve on the performance of the building – service request process, BMS, security, energy management, waste management etc.
- Provide KPI and management reporting to the client.
